  • Alumni Affairs Committee

    Convenes: TBD

    Bridge the generation gap and network with IUSF alumniThe Alumni Affairs Committee helps maintain contact with more than 20,000 IUSF alumni. Members manage historical archives and document IUSF events through photos and other media. The committee plans and implements the following events and activities:

    • Little 500 Alumni Barbecue
    • IUSF historical archives
    • Alumni outreach and engagement events
  • Fall Cycling Committee

    Convenes: TBD

    Be an integral part of IU's Little 500 tradition. The Fall Cycling Committee helps create, produce, and manage over a dozen cycling events over the course of the semester. In addition, members help administer daily track practice requirements and rules. The committee plans and implements the following cycling events:

    • Thursday Night Race Series
    • Fall Cycling Series — Individual Time Trials, Street Sprints, and Cyclocross
  • Freshmen Council

    For freshmen go-getters with a desire to lead. Come meet, work, and have fun with other freshmen. The Freshmen Council is responsible for planning events for other first-year students and helping establish the IUSF FUNdamentals program.

  • Little 500 Cycling Committee (L5C2)

    Be an integral part of IU's Little 500 traditionThe Little 500 Cycling Committee, which meets in the spring semester, helps create, produce, and manage over a dozen cycling events over the course of the semester. In addition, members help administer daily track practice requirements and rules. The committee plans and implements the following Little 500 cycling events:

    • Little 500 Qualifications
    • Spring Cycling Series — Individual Time Trials, Miss N Out, and Team Pursuit
    • Little 500 Track Practice
  • Marketing Committee

    Build a future in marketing—starting todayThe Marketing Committee promotes the IUSF mission through use of effective advertising, sponsor relations, and merchandise and ticket sales. The committee works with various local and national businesses to secure radio, television, Internet, and print media; retains existing and develops new sponsorships; designs and markets IUSF merchandise; and implements a successful Little 500 ticket campaign. The Marketing Committee also manages all IUSF social media platforms.

  • Membership Committee

    Help spread the good word about the IU Student Foundation and its members. The Membership Committee is responsible for recruiting new members as well as finding ways to celebrate and honor existing members. This committee organizes and executes recruitment and recognition events, and helps keep track of attendance and volunteer opportunities to encourage the highest level of engagement from each member.

  • Philanthropy Committee

    Nurture the budding philanthropist withinThe Philanthropy Committee is the driving force behind the IUSF’s campaign to educate members and students about the value of supporting Indiana University. Members help administer the IUSF Metz Grant program, which provides financial support for IU student organizations. The committee plans and implements programs and events such as:

    • IU Day
    • Cycling for Scholarships
    • Thank a Donor Day
  • Pre-Race Committee

    Help plan “The World's Greatest College Weekend.” Play a pivotal role in planning the Little 500 race day agenda by developing the look and feel of Bill Armstrong Stadium for race day. The Pre-Race Committee, which meets in the spring semester, is also responsible for recruiting and managing all Little 500 VIPs.
