This is the official application to be considered for a position on the IUSF 2023 Riders Council. Each sophomore or junior that wants to apply to be on Riders Council their junior or senior year must complete this form in full.
The Riders Council application will close on April 15, 2022 at 11:59pm. IUSF will not accept changes or additions to the application after this deadline.
